My real estate career began with a builder/developer. I was involved in land acquisition, which eventually involved me in the multiple phases of large project development. This exposure catapulted my career toward the establishment of new communities in the Central California area. During this period of my career I established Metro Realtors and garnered a substantial client base in general real estate in Visalia, CA.
In 1988, I directed my career toward commercial real estate as a leasing specialist in the Fresno area. I was appointed by the Federal Court to list and sell commercial properties, such as land, office complexes, and restaurants.
In 1991, I established a seminar and training company that was based in San Diego, CA. During a 9-year span, my company trained Fortune "500" companies such as IBM, Unisys Corp., Bancorp, New York Life, TRW, and Hewlett Packard. We also trained sales people from larger real estate companies throughout the United States and Canada, such as C-21, ReMax, Coldwell Banker, Prudential Calif., ERA, and Red Carpet Real Estate, on the subjects of Memory Enhancement, Communication and Ultimate Performance.
Mid 1999 through the present, I re-established my home in the Fresno/Clovis area. The community has been tremendously receptive and has contributed much to my success since my return to the "Jewel of the Valley".
