I have had the opportunity to work with Lori Coffill during a recent real estate property purchase. I have purchased numerous homes over the last thirty years and have worked with many agents. Thanks to Lori Coffill, my house sold in 2 days in a difficult market and I got my asking Price! A couple of months prior to my wedding, I needed someone I could rely on to represent me in the sale of my home and get the job done right. Thank goodness for Lori! She was so helpful in giving me a list of licensed contractors for the minor repairs and even arranged to be at the property when the actual repairs were done.
